Design and scope the project
We start with an audit, not an assumption: current-state discovery, a statistics review of your real call and channel volumes, and an honest look at which advanced features earn their license cost. The scope comes out of that, so nothing gets sized on a guess.
Recommend a bill of materials
A defensible BoM your customer can actually read — the platform, the license types and counts, the integration work, and the professional services, with the reasoning attached to each line so it survives procurement.
Handle the A2Q process
We run the Assessment to Quote process end to end — the documentation, the design validation, and the back-and-forth. It stays off your account team’s plate and it does not stall.
Present the solution
We present alongside you, to whoever needs convincing. Engineers in the room answering technical objections directly, positioned as your delivery team rather than another vendor at the table.
Implement and test
Build, integrate, and test against the design — including the connectors, which our own software subsidiary writes and maintains. Test plans are documented and signed off before anyone talks about a cutover date.
Train the users
Role-based enablement before go-live: agents on the desktop, supervisors on monitoring and coaching, administrators on routing and flow design. Trained on the customer’s own tenant, not a generic demo.
Support go-live
Cutover week is when the real questions surface. We staff the floor — on site or in a live channel — through the first days on the new platform, and we stay until it’s quiet.
Provide ongoing day-two support via an MSA
Go-live is day one. Under a CX TOPS managed services agreement the platform gets proactive monitoring, monthly governance, continuous optimization, and a named engineer — so the account keeps performing after the project closes.
